Import CSV option does not exist

Hi,

I have the following excel version: 16.27

And in this version there is no option for importing csv data.

When I navigate to "Data" I can only find "Import HTML" or "Import Text".

Can somebody help me ? I would like

Does this option exist?

You can use this text option to get CSV data apparently
