im new to excel and trying to increase my skills need some guidance in Excel IF function

I am trying to write a formula in an excel IF function and am not sure of the order of operations it should be listed. This is the problem each employee is given a weekly aptitude test, a score of 80 or better entitles them to a bonus of 15% lower than 80 gets them 0. I have my percentage listed in cell B22 in excel and the bonus a percentage of their gross pay. I need to use an excel IF function $794. Once I compute the first bonus then I know I can copy the formula down the columns to the rest of the employees.
