If you are a statisticians, what can you interpret or any other way to get the result or ideas so that I can tell my boss that something need to do after this when we saw this kind of results.

I already summarized and categorized the data.

What did you all think? 

All the ideas I went through data cleaning is by using features in this excel.

I'm not a statistician and I don't really know what kind of data should be expressed here,

but my modest knowledge tells me that a picture is usually worth a thousand words

....maybe with a diagram showing it :).
