If Than Statements over mulitple sheets

I need If/Then statements (I think) that will look like this....

If Column R = 58730 or 58765 or 58833 then copy the entire row to sheet Divide County.

If Column R = 58757 or 58831 or 58838 then copy the entire row to sheet McKenzie County.

If Column R = 58801 or 58830 or 58849 then copy entire row to next available row on Sheet Williams County.

If Column Q = ND then copy entire row to next available row on sheet ND

Maybe there is a better formula to use for this???
