IF statement

Hello, I am trying to create a IF statement with multiple criteria. I need the classification cell to identify a criteria based on the Z-score. I can't seem to get the right equation to make this happen.

@estehouwer Unfortunately, the screenshots aren't very helpful. Classification cell? Z-Score?

Could you upload a workbook in stead, indicating the results you want and the logic behind it. Delete and private and confidential information though.
