=IF(F2>$H$3,1,NA()) receives an error message "There is a problem with this formula". I think it's my ,, which is the problem, but don't know what I should replace them with (OBS, my excel is in Swedish if this makes any difference).

@mimmijohansson I believe you need to replace the commas separating the arguments by semi-colons.
