IF formula

Hello,

I’m an early Excel user. I’m looking to create a checklist with the formula – return Y in column D for a specific client from column A, if one of the Client’s customers is marked as Y in column C.

Can anyone help?

=IF(COUNTIFS(A:A,A2,C:C,"Y"),
"Y",
