If an or function to write a number value from a text in a cell next to it

Example 

Cell 1B is empty. Cell 1C has one of 5 text values. 

Very Satisfied

will equal 1

Satisfied

Will equal exc...

I can do an if with one value. How do I get all five values?

@Peter61965 Perhaps something like in the attached file. If not, please clarify your needs. What combination of IF and OR did you have in mind?

@Riny_van_Eekelen  I did not think of a table. This will work for what I want.
