I want a spreadsheet to show credit card batches and bank deposits

I am trying to set up a spreadsheet to show credit card batches for a business and the bank deposits.  I want to be able to see that I am getting the amount I am supposed to get from my credit card sales and into my bank account. 

I am using Excel 1.
