I've Lost the Data Entry Line in Excel

Copper Contributor

I'm running Excel 365 under Windows 10.  On a sheet, I could always enter data either directly into a cell or by selecting a cell and then entering the data in a data entry space above the grid.  This data entry space has disappeared.  Can anybody tell me how to get it back?  Thanks!

It's called formula bar. Please check here if it's not disabled.

Perfect! It helps to know what it's called, and it was disabled (although I have no idea how this happened). It is now enabled (and visible) again. Many thanks!

@RickWeiland , glad to help
