I need help with excel

Hello, 

I'm working on an excel sheet and I have an issue, I need to do something but I dont know how to do it or if it's possible with Excel. 

I'm not good at English so I hope you guys can understand what I mean... 

I'm trying to do a Supplier evaluation sheet. 

I have identify 5 criticals point those need to be evaluate individually (from 0 to 2) and i need to have a final score (from 0-10).

I need to have a cell that show the final score (0-10). 

I set my 5 criteria on 5 cells and create a scrolling menu with the possibility to choose from 0 to 2

and a final cell with the sum of those number. 

Now, is it possible to implant those on a single cell ? 

a cell when i click on show me those criteria and iam need to be able to choose a number for each and at the end the cell only show the final result? 

Hope some can help me and hope you guys can understand.

Is it possible to have the table At I4-J10 insert in the cell D5. When I click on the cell it will show me this table that i need to fill and at the end just show the final sum at cell J10 ?

Thank you. If I understood correctly

 

- you click on the cell

- pop-up window appears in which you select some items

- you click Ok, calculated sum for selected items is returned to the cell.

 

Afraid that's with VBA programming. Sorry, but not my competency, perhaps someone else could help.
