I need a help to automatic change my dropdown list

Hello, thank you in advance to see my problem.
I am a new user for excel and starting from basic to advanced. I have created a dropdown list on the excel sheet and all are done but when I change the main dropdown list than other it dependent dropdown list are not changing automatically why??? for more clear of my question you can watch my private video which I have shared here...
