I have office 365 on a chromebook, but my xls worksheet has no page layout tab at the top

I am paying a fortune to use office 365 on-line on a chromebook but it has a restricted number of tabs at the top. In particular there is no 'page layout' tab. why is that?

Excel on the web doesn't have Page Layout tab unlike Desktop that has the tab

@Abiola1  I have the same issue, how do I get the desktop version of excel, so that I may have to page layout tab?
