info explaining it. Here's the error alert box, but I've eliminated all 3 listed potential problems, and the HELP button gave no answers either. THE FILE HAS PRINTED FLAWLESSLY WITH OTHER DATA, AND THE PREVIEW IS CORRECT FOR THIS FILE AS WELL. I need HELP!! Sid

You have set the printer setting as a PDF document.
Is this intentional?...would you like to save it as a PDF?
If not, change your printer selection.
If the cache is full you could empty it with this command:
Right mouse button on the Windows button (bottom left on the monitor).
Click Windows PowerShell (Administrator).
The Windows PowerShell window opens.
Enter this command
C:\Windows\System32\cmd.exe /c "echo off | clip"
(just copy/paste)
the cache will be cleared and you can continue doing your job.
But if it is a different problem, I recommend you insert a file or the file (without sensitive data) and explain step by step what exactly you click and the problem appears.
*Exact Excel version, operating system and data storage medium (OneDrive,Sharepoint, HDD, etc.) would be an advantage.
Hope I was able to help you with this information.
