I am trying to link two seperate worksheets and use the dates from them which is 7/28/2021 format. The problem is the dates are transfered over but they look like numbers ranging in the 40k. I am not sure where the formatting went but if someone could explain how to link two workbooks by date and retain the format that would be appreciated. I already know how to place it in a formula from one workbook to another. The format will cause my formula to go all wonky if it isn't in the correct date format.
