Hyperlinking PDF to Excel Spreadsheet

Hello! I'm trying to hyperlink pdfs to an Excel spreadsheet so that people outside of my organization have access to the documents. If it's possible, any suggestions or help would be appreciated!

Yes this is possible. Ensure that your data is kept on OneDrive or SharePoint and the folder should be accessible to the people outside the organization.
