How to write an IF/Than formula to pull information into a summary sheet?

I am using a large amount of information and am trying to get rows that are flagged or marked with an X in column to populate a summary sheet within the same workbook. Can anyone help with how to accomplish this?

You don't need an IF..THEN formula for this. You need the FILTER function (which does require the most recent version of Excel).
