How to using formula/function and keep text formatting, like copy/paste

Hi there,

I used fomula/fuction on a cell, and it's text formatting like bold underline typeface color etc. was lost. 

How can I use a formula while keeping its text formatting unchaged? Just like copy/paste.

It is not possible to format parts of the result of a formula differently than the rest.

A formula such as =A2 can only copy the value of A2, not its formatting.
