How to use Excel to find location/day/time to match tutors and learners

I help run a volunteer tutoring program. The tutors and the families (the learners are in elementary school) fill out a Microsoft Form with their availability. This includes:

 

  • 27 library locations where they can meet
  • The option to meet online, in person, or either
  • What days they are available
  • What times they are available (times vary by each library location and for online meetings)

I feel like there must be a way to set up tables and pivots to see where there are matches. Can anyone help me figure out how? It's a lot of variables.
