how to update a spreadsheet with new set of data without changing relations for pivot tables.

I have access to a secured external database from which I can extract excel files. I would like to create a series of pivot tables which update automatically everytime I update the origine. In fact, the problem I have is that I'm not able how to update the old series of data  with a new one without have created a series of pivot tables based on this set of data and I wouldn't update the references everytime I update the set of data

Sorry but the message I posted was a real mess. Trying again.

I'm able to create a spreadsheet with a set of data and pivot tables based on these data. From time to time I can query an external database to extract a new excel file from which I would update my spreadsheet without doing everything again. Do you know any shortcut? Thank you@Giovet
