How to turn on automatic table expansion

I somehow turned off the function to automatically have the table expand when a row is added. i can't find anywhere that references this in help. How do I turn this back on??

That's in AutoCorrect option (File->Options->Proofing->Autocorrect->Autoformat as you type) or like, depends on your Excel version

Thank you again! Now any thoughts on my final query: circular reference error message? In my post I mentioned that I get the message when I add columns, but it's when I add rows that I get this message.
