How to turn Microsoft Forms table into a list of items to address

I have used Microsoft Forms to get details from people requesting items that I have in stock and to find out how many of each item they need.

The result is a reallllly long Excel spreadsheet with some words as responses when comments have been asked for and some numbers....it's really hard to use when I'm getting the items ready for them and it would be good to transform this into a Word document with the ability to add number of items actually provided next to the number of items that have been requested. Is there a way to do this easily?
