How to split a cell into multiple cells?

I try to split one cell into multiple cells but could not figured out a way. Googled online, it said that go to Layout tab, but I don't have Layout tab (only have Page Layout). Some said that Layout is under Table Tools, I don't have Table Tools either. My Excel is Microsoft 360

My problem is I could not find the Layout Tab at all. Could you please show me where to find the Layout Tab, or where to find the Table Tools? Thanks!
