How to show if the total value in collum B is greater than collum A by upward arrow

Brass Contributor

Hi!,

I have details of expenditure in two collum's "A" and "B"

If the total in Collum B is higher than Collum A then I want to indicate it in the next cell by showing a red upward arrow, and if the total in collum "B" is lesser than Collum "A" I want to indicate in the next cell by indicating green downward arrow.

How can I go about with this in excel formula.

Please assist me in this issue.

If, for example, your totals are in A11 and B11, enter into C11 zero and apply to it conditional formatting rule as
