I'm just wondering if it is possible to have the "Fit Sheet on One Page" as the default printer setting.
From what I gathered this used to be possible by going to File > Options > Advanced > Print, but the version I'm using only has two checkboxes under Print; "high quality mode for graphics" and "include fonts stored on printer."
Is this possible to do?
Reminds me of the new "save as" prompt (which is hot garbage, imo) ... thank the lord they included that F12 option.

That is AI generated answer, wrong as usual
Scaling is page property, no such options as above in Advance options. Ways for page setup are here How to Print and Fit to One Page in Excel (10 Easy Methods) (exceldemy.com)

Yeah, that's an ad.
I know how to make it fit to one page. My issue is making it the default setting, so that I don't have to manually set it every time I print one of the thirty plus documents I print every day.

That's through VBA programming. You may check Stuart McCormack answer here Is it possible to set the default print settings in excel to always 'Fit Sheet on One Page'? - Quora
