How do I remove a table format without losing the data? All I want to keep is the data inside the table.

But take the time to acquaint yourself with the other pointers about Tables. You might even end up deciding to keep your data in that format. Fortunately (for you and me) you can recreate it as a Table after "un-tabling" it.

I never have used the web version of Excel, so don't know anything at all first hand. I had to do research to answer that first question.
