How to populate terms in a calendar

Hi guys.  Excel 365, Mac.  I have 2 columns: Date and Symptoms (multiple and different symptoms per date).  I need to populate a calendar with each symptom mentioned on each date.  It needs to be pretty because it's for a report (pdf not ppt).  Thank you.

What kind of calendar do you want? Weekly, two weeks, monthly, ...?

Here is a monthly calendar based on one of Microsoft's templates.

Enter dates and symptoms in the Symptoms sheet.

Select year and month on the Calendar sheet.

You'll see each day's symptoms.
