how to oonvert many to a single line entry while merging data from individual cells.

I am a novice and just learning formulas. I have a program output that provides an excel sheet of individual findings based on a specific tag/ID. The sheet has multiple columns, (two which contains different data that I'd like to combine into their respectful cells.

@gary_eldrid This is easy enough using a Pivot table. Not exactly the same as what you asked for, but close.
