how to: If Statements: pull duplicate data between column b and Column C

I have a small spread sheet, I have set up a duplicate function to be highlighted in red. As more data is input and the red text shows up,  I am trying to figure out how to get the row with the highlighted text to be cut out and moved to another page....any help would be greatly appreciated....

you can use conditional formatting that you can filter to identify duplicates but you have to manually filter them and cut and paste. Here's the tutorial for conditional formatting:
