how to find percentage value depends the data exist in another cell

I  am trying to find the percentage value of an item if it exist in another cell.   The rebate should be applied if it exist only in the cell A. Please help with the attached excel

@Polachan Paily Inserted two possible solutions in the attached file. One with VLOOKUP and one with XLOOKUP. See if the latter is supported by your Excel version.
