how to filter the start and end date time to match date only?

hi 

I have a List from Sharepoint, 

 I need to filter in Excel to display 
Event, LL, 20 pax confirmed like these that match the date  5 Jan to 6 Jan

=FILTER(PPlan[Title],PPlan[EventStartDateTime]=F9), it show error

Is there any way to display like  a merge across ?  Thanks

Is there any way for you to clarify what you're working with and what your questions are?

It's all pretty vague and confusing, which is probably why, after nearly 50 views, there still were no responses.

For example, can you post the spreadsheet itself...posted on OneDrive or GoogleDrive, with a link here that grants access.

And what do you mean by display a merge across??
