How to create this formula for a conditional formatting

Hy Guys, 

I need your help here please. 

I want to create a formula to select the frequencies that share only the last common character as indicated in the attached figure. As you can see, the last character is variable, that's why i can't use conditional formatting for a specific number at the end because i need the formula takes into account any character that may arise.

=SUM(--(RIGHT(D13)=RIGHT(D$13:D$17) ) ) > 1
