I think what you're asking is probably relatively simple, BUT your description is somewhat confusing, so rather than continue and exacerbate the confusion with a solution that may not fit at all, I need to ask you to post a spreadsheet that represents the reality you're dealing with. It's hard to describe things fully accurately in words; so the real thing helps a lot.
And please, an actual spreadsheet rather than an image. If your real one includes confidential information, then post a file that takes that confidential info out.
