I need your help on creating a dynamic drop down list on excel. I have 10 staff members who work between two shifts (6am and 7am) and I also have a recommended split of 60% for the 6am shift and 40% for the 7am shift.
I created drop down list that shows 6am and 7am and as a staff member selects a shift it shows the % of staff that have chosen that shift. I would like to know, how can I remove either the 6am or 7am shift automatically from the drop down list when the recommended split has been reached. ie once 60% of the staff have selected the 6am shift, I would like the drop down to only show the 7am as the available slot, thanks a million
