How do i get the pivot table to use re-formatted data?

I reformatted the time to use military time in column D:

When inserting a pivot table, it still uses the original format of time:

How do i get the pivot table to recognize the 24 hour time?

Its necessary you format the pivot table format as well. You just right click over fields and select Value Field Setting >> Format Number ...
