having an issue with a project I am working on.
My mother suffered several strokes over the past two years. The most recent left her bedridden with minimal mobility. She has asked me to help her with a mailing list that her husband has been assisting her with to compile the list/s. Then wants me to 'import' the list to an Excel spreadsheet. The goal is to compile a mailing list to import into MailChimp for a newsletter campaign to family/friends/businesses that she has worked with for over 30 years of her career.

Using Microsoft Office 365/Excel

So, I copied and pasted the text from an email to an excel spreadsheet. It is a list of names, emails, and phone numbers
Here is an example. I will also attach a screenshot to explain in more detail.

7.First name Last name (A1)
email dot com (A2)
area code phone number (A3)

How do I fix it so each text is in a separate cell?

so basically it would look like this
A1 Row 1 Cell A1 - First name, Cell A2/Row 1 Last name, Cell A3 email, Cell A4 phone number Cell A5 and if more than one number for one person

@nvsilverlady If the pattern is the same in the whole dataset you could use:

=INDEX(B4:B15;SEQUENCE(4;3))

Number of wows is the number of name, email, adress combinations. In the example 4.
