How could I find the frequency and more for a row of numbers?

If I had:

How could I check three things... Are there numbers of any value greater than 0, in five or more consecutive cells? If so, how many consecutive cells and what is the sum of those numbers? The results could be put into three separate columns (J,K,L).

Someone on another forum gave me the solution. See attached. They said, "I made helper columns for the first part and then used them for question 2 and 3."
