I would really appreciate some help with creating a spreadsheet which will alert me as to when each are my clients are due each month for there 2, 4, 6, 8, 9, 10...month evaluation. The dates are listed under there names as to when there evaluation is due. Above there names are there dates of birth for my reminder. Any suggestions for a better format?
