Hi All…….Need your support in resolving one excel issue that we are facing in our company. We are managing Telecom Network operation of large Operator, which has many Telecom sites. Analyzing the duration of Outages being faced by these Sites has been a mammoth task.
What we have is the report of Sites, which had outages on the previous day with start time and end time.
What we need is the hourly trend over 24 hrs cycle showing the total outage in minutes in that hour.
How do we do the calculation?
