Hotels and mileage

Hi I would like to add the cost of hotels and/or mileage to a quote if certain criteria are met (distance and time).  Also to not produce a negative when deducting hotel for day of travel and a message if non required.

I don't at the moment. If number of hours in the day is greater then 10 and/or travel distance if greater than 60 then add hotel. Then reduce number of trips required by number of nights staying. Also number of rooms is divided by 2 engineers to a room. So if 40 hours (8 hr day) x 2 engineers , 70 miles away should equal 3 nights hotel, 1 room and 2 trips.

Is the end result displayed in one cell?  This is the reason why knowing the geography of the dataset is important.
