Question: How might I go about getting Excel to automatically highlight an adjacent (relative) range when a returned result "Zero Use" is found?
The objective: Identify each mobile device user, by name, device type, dept. ID and phone number who hasn't used their device at all- (i.e. no voice min. used and no data used over the past three consecutive months).
This flags instances in Column L and adjacent to the Pivot Table's results:
=IF(AND(OR(I5="Jan",I6="Feb",I7="Dec"),AND(J5:K7=0)),"Zero Use","")
