Hidden rows in a spreadsheet

I want to copy only the lines, not hidden, on my spreadsheet. But everytime I copy and paste, it shows the hidden lines also.

How can I get the data not hidden onto a spreadsheet by itself?

Click Home > Find & Select, and pick Go To Special. ( or Shortcut F5 > Special) > Click Visible cells only > OK

Then, you can Copy (CTRL+C)
