it's not clear to me what exactly you want to get. You want to see 1 if the date in column A is a Monday, 2 if it is a Tuesday...?

Or is it something else?

For example: The name "Ken" result work day is "2", that what I want , but I don't know how to put the formula for them

yes, I understood that you want to get 2 fro Ken.

But I do not understand the rule behind it. Why is it 2 in your example?

If I understand the rule that you want to apply, then I can possibly provide the formula.

@srouchheng Not sure which Excel version you are on, but I believe it to be an older one. Perhaps you can create a pivot table (add to Data model) and do a "distinct count" of dates for each person. That will give you the numbers you seem to be needing.

Otherwise, Power Query could do something similar. Both options are demonstrated in the attached file.
