(Windows 10 Pro; 64Bit;Microsoft 365; V2102)

I have data across 15 months, I need to find the monthly increase  but if there is no movement for a few months, I want to be able to split the next movement across the proceeding no movement months. In the attached example there is an increase in Sept to 35% then zero change for Oct21, Nov21, Dec21 then Jan22 it moves to 64% which makes it 29% change so 7.25% per month.

Been staring at my screen too long and need your help.

Unfortunately, I didn't understand your task, the translation software doesn't help that much either.
Please describe step by step (cell by cell) what you want to accomplish. If possible, name cells with what they should contain or calculate.
So you can be helped much faster and more accurately.
