So my computer is a old Dell optiplex 9020 full sized refurbished and I added a hdd with win 10 upgrade on it but all of the sudden when I start it up I can only use the toolbar or use the apps and it seems random I can't close windows and I can't get things working right for me I really need help. I've never had problems before so this is new to me
