Help with Value Error

I love the if statement, but am having trouble getting the syntax correct on this one. I know the answer must be super simple, what am I doing wrong?

Can I return "True" where F-G = H and "False" where it does not?

Example, last row would be "False"

@BB1024 Make sure G2 does not have a space in it. Click it and hit delete to be sure.
