Help with Sum Function

Hello, I am fairly new to excel. I am a large excel sheet with gross revenue from different vendors. Everything is in a table. There was a total bar at the end, but I now lost that total bar function down at the bottom. I have figured out how add that total bar back and how to sum the total of the revenue (from the beginning of 2023 to now). Though, when I filter my table to see the different vendors and their revenue, it won't automatically populate like it used to. How can I change that so when I go to each individual vendor, I can see their specific revenue without having to add everything myself?

I believe you are talking about the total row in a table.

The built-in "Sum" does not use the SUM() function but SUBTOTAL().

Check if you are using SUM() or SUBTOTAL().
