In my spreadsheet, I am using shortcut key combination to enter a start time, the stop time in the next column, then the net minutes in the last column. There are additional columns that define the type of data and a numeric value of quantity. I am trying to create a pivot table, but the minutes column isn't showing anything but zeros. Everything else is fine. If I manually subtract the time and report the minutes column as a whole number, then the pivot table works. Can anybody tell me what I need to do to get it to work?
