Help with formulas

I have created color coded cells with yes or no check form fields.  I need a formula at the end of each row that will count the total number of checks and then look at the checks in the yellow cells and divide the yellow checks by the total number of checks to get a percentage in the red column.

For instance:  The first row has seven check marks and 5 are yes marks.  The formula would be 5/7 =71%

If there is a better way of achieving the results, please let me know. I just need to quickly score results and obtain percentages during testing.
