I have three columns, country, year, price.
I need to extract the price of a specific country on a specific year. For one country, one year might have two entries for price. The first entry in the column should be extracted.
Once the price is extracted, I need to list down the first 5 years for which data is available, in ascedning or descending order. If there are two entries for one year, it will be stated twice, eg. 2018, 2017, 2017, 2016, 2014.
